Taza Chocolate is a bean to bar chocolate manufacturer based in Somerville, MA.  Taza sources organically grown cacao beans directly from small farmer cooperatives ensuring those farmers receive more than fair trade prices for their high quality cacao.  The chocolate is minimally processed using only stone mills to make unique chocolate that has been successfully marketed in the specialty and natural food categories.
